Nova Scotia Tourism Region : Eastern Shore
Description From Owner:
- First known as Little Musquodoboit and then Little River. In the early 1800s a group of farms was known as the Bruce Settlement because that family was so prominent.
- The present name came from that of a local farm. The name was later applied to St. Andrew's of Elderbank Anglican Church built on land from that farm.
