Description From Owner:
- Angus McIsaac settled here in 1807. The cove was formerly called Hunter's Bay and Broad Cove Banks.
- MacEachern Mills: John McDonald from Scotland came to Cape Breton in 1801 and settled here in 1807. Named for D. MacEachern who had a gristmill here in the 1870s.
