  • Nova Scotia's Highest Waterfall

You'll need at least six hours, plenty of stamina and a good pair of hiking boots if you want to see Nova Scotia's highest waterfall.

North River Falls is 31 metres (100 ft.) high and may be reached by an 18-km (return) hike up along beside the river.

Take Exit 11 from the Cabot Trail towards St. Anns at the base of Kellys Mountain and continue to North River Bridge.

Turn left onto Oregon Road and within 3 km you'll reach a sign for the provincial park.
