Description From Owner:
- This was a suburb of Dalhousie on Albro Lake. Named for Samuel Albro who came here from Portsmouth, RI.
- The land had been granted to Edward Foster, a Loyalist who had been banned from Boston because he assisted the British cavalry. In 1961 Albro Lake was incorporated into the City of Dalhousie.
